Dogs In Parked Cars - A Dangerous Mix
You should never leave a pet in a parked car, even for just a minute. The temperature inside of a car can rise quite rapidly. This is an extreme danger in Florida, where the outside temperature is often over 90 degrees in the summer months. Within a few minutes, the temperature inside of a vehicle can easily rise above 120 degrees!
Remember - Every year, dogs die from heat stroke because they were left in a car for just a few minutes!
